How many devices or agents can connect to one number?
Unlimited. Unlike the free WhatsApp Business app which limits you to 4 linked devices, our Official API integration allows you to connect an unlimited number of customer support agents to a single WhatsApp number simultaneously at no extra cost per seat.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp Mobile number?
Yes. However, you will need to delete the WhatsApp account on your mobile device before migrating the number to the Official API. Once migrated, your entire team manages chats centrally via the PingDart dashboard.
Do you charge markup on Meta's conversation fees?
No. Unlike other providers, we charge zero wrapper markup on Meta's WhatsApp pricing. You only pay us a flat technical fee to rent/host the API virtual number.
How long does a 'Conversation' last for billing?
Meta measures conversations in 24-hour windows. If a user messages you, you have 24 hours to reply. Within that window, all messages exchanged are covered under a single flat fee.
